§ 01How a minute counts

One run, start to finish.

A workflow runs on its own schedule. Here's one, and the only time it bills.

A step is active while it's working — including while it waits on a model or an app to answer. It stops billing the moment the run is parked on a person, a schedule or a Wait step. A step that doesn't use a model counts at least a second, and a call to a connected app has a small minimum of its own — the step that starts a run, like this one, has neither.

§ 02What never bills

What you're never charged for.

Waiting.A run parked three days on an approval bills nothing for those three days.
Runs.Runs are counted, never charged. A trigger that fires 400 times and exits every time costs nothing; a run it starts bills like any other.
Seats.Invite the whole team. Headcount changes nothing on the bill.
Keys.Model access is handled for you. There's no API key to find, paste in, or rotate later.
§ 03What sets the rate

The rate follows the work.

Each minute is priced by the kind of step doing it. You don't pick a plan — the step you build decides.

No model
HTTP calls, branches, loops, data steps
Fast models
quick classification and extraction
Balanced models
most agent and writing work
Frontier models
the hardest reasoning
Studio
the assistant that builds and edits workflows with you

Every rate is on your Billing screen before you start, and every run shows what it cost when it finishes.

Agent steps run on Claude models — the long-running agent work is built on Claude's managed agent infrastructure. Model steps can mix OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.

§ 04Included for everyone

No plans. Everything's in.

There's one way to pay, and it unlocks everything.

Unlimited members, with owner, admin, editor and viewer roles
Unlimited workflows and projects
Approvals anywhere in a workflow
Schedule, app-event, webhook and table triggers
Connectors to hundreds of apps
Files: tables, skills and artifacts
Drive
Studio
The MCP server, for your own agents
The limits we do have10 GB of storage per workspace, 50 MB per fileArtifacts are kept 90 days unless you save them — adjustable from 7 to 3652,500 connected-app events a month, more once your monthly limit is high enough to give you more
§ 05You stay in control

A ceiling you set. Spend that stops there.

Monthly limit.Set it in Billing. When your work reaches it, we stop it, and usage is never charged past it — VAT, where it applies, comes on top. Raise it and work starts again.
A maximum per run.One runaway run can't spend the month. Set a default for the workspace, or a cap per workflow.
Warnings before the wall. You hear from us as you approach the limit, and again if work stops.

If work stops, nothing you built is locked away — it stays open to read, and tables, files and skills export any time.

§ 06Pricing questions
How do I know what a workflow will cost?

The rate for every kind of step is on your Billing screen before you run anything. After a run, its price is shown right beside its duration — per run and per step. Set a maximum per run and no single run can go past it.

When is my card charged?

As usage adds up during the month, and at the end of it. Every charge has a receipt in Billing. All prices are in US dollars.

Is there a trial or a free plan?

No. A workspace adds a card and is priced per billable minute, against the limit you set.

Is there a minimum charge per step?

Yes. A step that doesn't use a model bills at least a second, and each call it makes to a connected app has a small minimum of its own — the step that starts a run, and any step that was skipped, have neither. A model step that reads or writes far more text than its time normally covers bills the time that text is worth, not just its clock time.

Does a failed run cost anything?

The time a step actually worked is billed, or its minimum, whichever is larger. If a run failed because of a fault on our side, tell us and we'll refund or credit that time.

What about VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. If you're a business in the EU outside Austria with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge applies; otherwise VAT is added where it applies.

Can the rate change?

Only with at least 30 days' notice, by email and in the product. A new rate applies only to minutes worked after that date.

What happens if a payment fails or I stop paying?

Work pauses until the card is updated or billing is set up again. Everything you built stays open to read. Tables, files and skills export any time; ask us and we'll export your workflows and run history.
